Furthermore, the corresponding app offers additional features for family members, friends or caregivers as well, where they can for example always check how their loved ones are doing at home.

Area of responsibility:

• Lead the day-to-day operations for a complex deep tech product which includes hardware
• Develop, implement and optimize effective processes and systems to support the company’s growth and build the foundation of the ventures´ scaling phase
• Oversee daily operations of the company operations, the work of executives, and employee productivity to ensure organizational goals are met
• Collaborate with the CEO and other key stakeholders to define, develop and execute the company’s business plan
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations

 Requirements:

• You have successfully completed a technical, scientific or business master university degree
• You have strong growth mindset: Entrepreneurship, Ownership, Urgency, Empathy, Detail-oriented, Structured, Hands-on
• You have excellent communication skills, perfect German and English command is a must
• You don’t shy away from administrative tasks
• Proven experience in a scaling of hardware and/or software products, ideally in a startup environment
• Mindful leadership and management skills, with the ability to build and motivate a mission driven, high-performing team
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. You can build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
