How does SAFE-living Fix work?
Our team of experts will discreetly install the SAFE-living emergency detectors in critical areas of your home, such as the bedroom, bathroom, and hallway. These devices are seamlessly connected to your WiFi network.
The purpose of SAFE-living is to automatically summon help in potentially critical situations, including falls, not able to get up in the morning, unusual stays in the bathroom, as well as intrusions or break-ins.
When an emergency is detected or assistance is requested through the SAFE-living app, our dedicated 24/7 emergency call center is immediately notified. Initially, we attempt to establish contact with the affected person via phone. If there is no response, we proceed to contact the emergency contacts specified in the SAFE-living app in the order they were listed. If no one is available to provide assistance, emergency services will be promptly dispatched
